True Plumbing did a great job. They had great customer service and were able to come out the same day. East and Nick replaced our water heater quickly and efficiently. We are very happy with their work!

Just wanted to give a huge shout out to my new homie East who responded to the call about a overflowing toilet. I live in an older duplex and couldn't use either of the bathrooms or washer or shower due to the problem. It was later in the evening and I live in Tooele. I was so impressed with the professional, friendly, and quick response. Who drove out from Salt Lake City and then had to go back to get something else and his partner to try and fix the problem. Which they did! Thank God. It was a huge difficult process. And the day before my daughters first day In Jr. High and my other daughters birthday and a workday for me. It was late but they came with a great attitude and willing to help me out and saved the day, after an already long stressful work day . Thank you so much guys!! I extremely recommend them to everyone. It was a blessing to have them be the only one's who would show up for us that late in the day. And they were here at the time they said they would be both trips back and forth. Thank you so much again. Slay!!!

Roland came by and did an amazing job. He did a full rework of the main sewage line. He quickly and accurately diagnosed a bad sewage smell that originated in the walls from cracked old lines. 10/10 would recommend.

Great service. I had a clogged drain that was difficult to clear. Jason spent the time necessary to clear it.

My mom had an issue with a clogged line. Jason came out, very professional and personal. He wasnt able to clear the pipe, he didnt charge my mom a dime. That is true integrity. We will definitely refer Jason to our family and friends. Thank you Jason for taking such great care of my mom.

What a great, reliable company! Roland came out and spent time talking with us about our problem and other issues we were concerned about! He was never pressed for time, stayed until all our questions were answered and was so hard working and kind! I have found my new go-to plumbing company!!!

Roland came to my home and diagnosed our sprinkler system problem, which was creating a stream around as part of the house, but also flooded part of the basement. He very quickly, saw what the problem was and was able to repair to repair that the next day. He also helped me get in touch with the people that would help me with the restoration of the problem inside the house. This was a mitigation company that works directly with the homeowners insurance. It sped up the whole process tremendously and helped us get back online and with problem solved in a very short period of time.

Roland showed up same day and fixed our water heater. He even showed us what happened and how to handle ourselves in the future. Class act the whole way through. Dude deserves a raise 110%

On 07/10/2023 I had a pipe burst in our basement after midnight. Gave Jason a phone call and he came out to our house in the middle of the night. Took care of a pipe burst really quick. He also referred us to restoration company. Same day they came out and took care of the pipe issue. Really nice company and definitely recommend them to anyone that has an issue with pipes. Thank you Jason for your hard work.

My wife and I recently purchased a house and the plumbing was shot. Not a single working bathroom in the whole house. My wife and I figured two to three weeks worth of work, minimum. True plumbing came in and got the job done in three or four days. Hard workers, and good people.
